My story towards the wellness industry
Three years ago, I had been working as a server in the restaurant industry for several years.
And while it was allowing me to travel, I never felt completely free. I had to work nights and weekends and for a long time, which made me miss out on family gatherings, social outings with my friends, and really made me feel isolated. I just longed to be part of a community.
I didn’t have any confidence, self-esteem, and I simply wasn’t a happy person. I knew something needed to change, but I wasn’t sure what.
My health wasn’t great. I was always tired and stressed out. And I struggled with anxiety and IBS.
Worst of all, I never listened to my body.
Then, I came across this community of super driven women online who had overcome some of the challenges I was facing, and who wanted to make a difference in the world.
In working with these powerful women, I had finally achieved the level of career flexibility that I had been searching for, and I learned how to uplevel my health and wellbeing. And because of that flexibility, I’m now even able to start planning on expanding my family without the stress of having to worry about maternity leave, continuing adventuring and exploring the world.
It’s been the most incredible self-discovery journey I’ve ever been on.
I’ve met so many women around the world who share my passion for healthy living and travel, and who value simplicity in life.
It changed the way I approach life. It made me believe more in myself and gave me the confidence to be my truest and most authentic self.
I now get to help other women uplevel their lives
and start their own beautiful journey of discovery.
